In simple and inspiring steps, this class provides the elements and the frame for your projects to progressively sustain your professional ambitions. You will learn to develop the ingredients of a business plan in your own way, for any partner, investor or fund to understand and trust your strategy.

Thanks to this last training, you will get a clear overview of what you do, where you are going with it, and design the documents to get people to support you or collaborate with you. This program is strengthened by The Commune's defining feature: a community of creative entrepreneurs in the (re)starting phase of their careers, sharing their struggles, successes and feedback at each class.

Profile: Designers and all creative freelancers / entrepreneurs.

Recommendation: Bring a clear and concise description of your project, or take the Creative Direction training to develop it with our help. To strengthen this training from a business point of view, we advise to take the Clients Acquisition and Studio Management trainings.
