What is the need your project satisfies or creates? Who is behind this need, and how to reach out to this person or company? Who is the user, the client and the competition? For this training, This is BOUW developed several inspiring tools to help you know your market and place your project.

It doesn’t matter how amazing a product or service is; if no-one is using it, then it hasn’t succeeded. Beyond your personal motivations and likings, this training will teach you to define what is it you want to sell to your client. You will then learn to identify the end users, find out what moves them, what they like, where they go and how they buy. Finally, you will be able to make conscious choices on how to approach them and show the corresponding aspects of your product or service. 

This class ends with a clear marketing strategy to contact and win the loyalty of your client as a freelancer or entrepreneur, and to know what need you must take in consideration while designing for a user.

Profile: Designers and all creative freelancers / entrepreneurs.

Recommendation: Bring a clear and concise description of your project, or take the Creative Direction training to develop it with our help. To strengthen this training from a business point of view, we advise to take the Studio Management and Business Plan trainings.
