Nowadays, the entrepreneurial landscape is rich from many forms of activities innovating to implement ideas and to reassure clients or investors in their ability to reach their goals. In this context, freelancers and small businesses especially need to design the structure supporting their projects.
This is BOUW designed a methodology tailored to creative freelancers, including their “project canvas”: a document gathering all aspects of your project in a visual way. This training will help you to clearly describe the ingredients of your product or service and the direction that you would like it to take in time. You will learn to analyse the recipient of your plan and to find the right way to communicate your project’s potential. Finally, this class will teach you to draft the key elements of your plan (budget, planning of activities, outreach estimation…).

Recommendation: Bring a clear and concise description of your project, or take the Creative Direction training to develop it with our help. To complete your plan, we advise to take the Clients Acquisition and Business Plan trainings as well.
