Do you think your studio could attract new assignments by becoming more professional? Would you like to define the DNA and potential of your studio to spend less time in trial-and-error? Then this train is for you!

As a one (wo)man company, time is your most precious commodity. With this class, you will learn basic administrative tools and the legal steps to protect yourself before starting a collaboration or when selling your skills, ideas, products and services. You will receive practical knowledge on how to price your hours according to your skills, experience and to the needs of your studio, how to identify and build a solid network that will bring you work, and on how to approach your clients for string and lasting relationships.

Thanks to this class, you design the overview of your studio’s activity from now till the next 5 to 10 years, conscious of what these choices entail from the nature of day-to-day activities to revenue expectations.

Profile: Designers and all creative freelancers / entrepreneurs in the (re)starting phase of their career.

Recommendation: Bring a clear and concise description of your studio, or take the Creative Direction training to develop it with our help. To strengthen this class outcome, we advise to take the Business Plan and Communication Skills trainings as well.

Time: 3 classes of 2 hours given to group A on Tuesdays, 10AM / group B on Tuesdays, 6PM
